You want help at the counter. You do not necessarily want everyone to know what you make on a bag of rice. Those should be two different questions, and in ZingBills they are.
Per module
When you add a staff member you choose which parts of the app they get. Billing and inventory without reports is a normal combination. So is billing without purchases, which is where your buying prices live.
Per store
Staff are assigned to specific stores and can only sign into those. Someone who works at one branch does not see another branch's sales, stock or customers — the data is scoped to the store they have open, not merged across the account.
