ZingBills ships fourteen reports, grouped into sales, financial, product, inventory and party. Most shops open the sales ones out of habit. We would suggest starting somewhere else.
Profit, line by line
The Profit report shows gross revenue, cost of goods, gross profit and margin for the period โ and then breaks it down item by item, with quantity, revenue and cost against each one. This is where the surprises live. A fast-moving line with a thin margin can easily earn less than something you sell a tenth as often, and a monthly total will never tell you that.
Slow moving and unsold
The second one to open is Product Reports. Slow Moving ranks items by how little they shift; Unsold Products lists what did not sell at all in the period. Together they show you which shelf space is working and which is being paid for out of the rest of the shop.

Why we built billing that keeps working with the internet down
The connection drops exactly when the queue is longest. Here is what ZingBills does instead of showing you a spinner.
Expiry dates that discount themselves
Set the window once, and the discount starts appearing on the billing screen before the stock turns into a write-off.
Giving staff the counter without giving them your margins
Access in ZingBills is set per module and per store, so billing rights and profit visibility are two separate decisions.
