Does ZingBills work without internet?
Yes. Billing, stock updates and printing all run on the device. When the connection returns, everything syncs to the cloud and to your other devices automatically.
Can I move my data from Tally or another billing app?
Yes. Import items, parties and opening balances from Excel, Tally or a CSV export. Our team maps the columns with you on a call during setup.
Is my data safe if my computer is stolen?
Backups are encrypted and stored daily. Log in on a new device and your data restores as it was at the last sync. You can also keep a local backup on a pen drive.
Which printers and scanners are supported?
Any 58mm or 80mm thermal printer, standard A4 laser and inkjet printers, USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners, weighing scales with serial output, and common EDC machines.
Do I need to know accounting to use it?
No. You enter sales and purchases the way you already think about them. Ledgers, P&L and GST summaries build themselves in the background for your CA.
What happens after the free trial ends?
Your data stays. The account drops to the free Starter plan and you keep billing — you only lose the paid features until you upgrade.
